"This Is Where Hell Begins" is a song about community, and having an amount of pride in where you're from and a maintaining a strong identity. It is an anthem for every town on the reservation and the people who were born and raised in those towns.

More importantly, this is a song about our hometown and its people - and that despite how much other people talk negatively about it, it is home to good, successful people doing great things. And it's home to Alchemy. Where these assumptions fall short and what these people fail to realize is that Pinon is like any other other town - on or off the reservation. The people of Pinon are no different; good or bad.

The remote town of Pinon used to have a saying about it - "Where the highway ends...and the Wild West begins" - it was a rodeo town for many, many years, to this day they still have events there to recall the hay-day of years past. We took the town's moniker and came up with our version of it, calling the track, This Is Where Hell Begins.

As shitty as our hometown is, it is where we come together, write, record our music and rehearse for shows. It is our home as a band. And Pinon, Arizona is where Alchemy was born.
