"'Til I Die" was the earliest song to be written by Chase and Bronson in the early months of their teaming up. The duo wrote this as an homage to the Iowa days of Slipknot. And in many regards this album is a love letter to that landmark metal record that is so heavily revered.

The end of the song has a brutal departure unlike any of the other tracks on the album, with it's slowed, sludge metal that grinds to a halt.
